90 Day Mattress Return Policy |

Occasionally a customer may decide to return their mattress, to do so
simply e-mail us or call toll free (866)968-7233 and you will receive a
return authorization number. All goods authorized for return must be
shipped directly to our office. All returns must be returned prepaid
in factory condition and shipped back in original cartons

We suggest you try the mattress for at least 4-5 weeks, If after this time you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED WE WILL TAKE THE MATTRESS BACK NO QUESTIONS ASKED! While we make every effort to satisfy every customer occasionally a full refund can not be issued. All refunds must adhere to these conditions. 1- The mattress must be returned within 90 days of the original date. 2- The mattress must be returned in the Original Boxes with no broken, stained or soiled parts, With instructions and warranty card included. If you do not have the original box you can go to local U-Haul or Hertz location and purchase a new mattress box to ship mattress back. 3- The mattress shall be repacked in factory condition, any stains tears or damage to the mattress can not be returned for refund. If the cartons were damaged in shipping if sent insured, you can file a claim to recover the difference. 4- Once the mattress arrives at our office it will be inspected for any damages, a refund check will be issued and be sent out the next business day. 5- UNLIKE OTHER INTERNET DEALERS YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE, AND YOU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SHIPPING TO YOUR HOME AND BACK. JUST THE COST BACK TO OUR OFFICE**. WHICH CAN SAVE YOU UP TO A $100.00 DOLLARS IN YOUR REFUND TOTAL. (**Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii are not refundable.) Adjustable Bases are not included in our 90 day sleep trial. If an adjustable base order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse. The return price on any mattress returned are as follows.....
Mattresses cannot be returned to Nationwidemattress.com after the 90 day trial has expired. If anything ever goes wrong with the mattress Manufactures warranties shall apply. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services before, during, and after the sale. It is not our business practice to withhold any money for a mattress returned that meet the above criteria. So please return the product to us "in the same condition in which we sent it to you!"
